As always, February was a steadily busy month for the museum as visitors and groups from all over visited in celebration of Black History Month. Attendance at the museum reached nearly 800 visitors who enjoyed museum tours or participated in museum programs. Heavily in demand, Corey Rogers, executive director and historian, spoke at multiple community engagements, sharing Augusta’s Black History to nearly 350 attendees.
